Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to **JAX Collections**. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within **7 days** of delivery only in the following cases:

- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
- Size issue (if applicable)
- Manufacturing defect

To request a return, customers must contact us within **7 days** after delivery with:

- Order ID
- Product photos/videos
- Reason for return

Conditions For Return

Returned products must be:

- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached

Returns may be rejected if the product is found used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Sale or discounted products
- Customized products
- Accessories or innerwear (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds are processed within **5–7 business days**
- Refund will be sent to the original payment method or bank account
- COD order refunds may require bank details

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange/replacement for:

- Wrong product
- Damaged item
- Size issue (subject to stock availability)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.  
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Charges

  • - Return shipping may be free for damaged or wrong items
    - Shipping charges may apply for size exchange or other reasons
